Mass-EXPERT — Coriolis mass flowmeters manufactured in-house and supplied as standalone instruments or as part of metering systems. Liquid measurement accuracy from ±0.1 %; metrological and technical characteristics are approved as required (type description SI No. 98506-26).

A single contract covers the full cycle: sizing to process conditions, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, metrological support and technical assistance throughout the service life. Selection, installation and operation advice is provided by the manufacturer’s specialists.

Automation-Metrology-EXPERT LLC has a production facility for the full scope of work on the manufacture of any modular equipment. Assembly is performed both to the Customer's designs and to in-house designs developed according to the technical specification.

In-house production facilities significantly reduce manufacturing time, since the entire scope of work — from product design to manufacture and commissioning — is carried out within a single company.

Automation-Metrology-EXPERT LLC manufactures the CP-Compact-EXPERT compact prover, which is used for fast and accurate verification and calibration of flow measurement instruments. Thanks to its unique design, small dimensions and low weight, this compact prover delivers reliable results and suits any application

Automation-Metrology-EXPERT LLC manufactures the bidirectional PE-Prover-EXPERT pipe prover, designed for on-site verification of volumetric and mass liquid meters and flow transmitters. The working medium can be crude oil, petroleum products, petrochemical products, gas condensate, water and other liquids.

Automation-Metrology-EXPERT LLC provides a full range of services for the design, assembly, supply, implementation and support of automated process control systems (APCS) of any complexity, including emergency shutdown and fire protection subsystems, power supply management systems, telemetry systems (including those based on renewable energy sources), local control systems for modular equipment, operations and dispatch services, MES systems and advanced process control systems.
