Process skids
Process skids
Process skids (hereinafter referred to as skids) are block-complete, structurally finished products with a specified level of factory prefabrication, intended for main and auxiliary process operations.
In general, the skids are intended for distribution, conditioning, filtration, metering, pressure reduction or other functions according to customer requirements, and for continuous automated measurement of liquid, liquefied or gaseous media.
Field of application: process units (including oil or gas treatment and processing units), systems (units) for measuring the quantity and quality parameters of oil, gas, gas condensate, petroleum products, water and other liquid, liquefied and gaseous media, and other on-site facilities of fuel and energy, chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas processing or other industries in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
Key parameters and specifications of the skids
| Parameter name | Value |
|---|---|
| Nominal diameter of the main pipeline, DN | from 10 to 2000 |
| Nominal pressure, MPa | from 0.1 to 50.0 |
| Climatic version | U1, UHL1, HL1 |

Examples of completed projects
Valve skid (BA) 300UA-5
for the Kharasavey-Bovanenkovo project of Gazpromneft-Zapolyarye LLC
Valve skid 300UA-5 performs the following main functions:
- bypassing of the excess heat transfer medium routed along the bypass line around heat exchanger 300T-4;
- remote measurement of the heat transfer medium flow rate;
- remote and local measurement of pressure values in the pipeline;
- remote and local control of the heat transfer medium flow rate by means of a control valve with pneumatic actuator and a manual control valve;
- local indication of the heat transfer medium pressure and flow rate.
The skid is located on an open frame base. The valve skid includes: a Coriolis mass flow meter, a gauge pressure sensor, a pressure gauge, shut-off and control valves, and process piping complete with thermal insulation and electric heating of the drain line, as well as grounding and power supply systems.
Manifold skid (BM)
for Novy Potok Oil Company LLC
The manifold skid (BM) is designed for tying in formation water pipelines from the existing MUIS-3750 unit and process water from field wells at the inlet header, and for diverting the incoming liquid flow to the process treatment line.
The skid is located on an open frame base. The manifold skid includes: shut-off and control valves, bimetallic thermometers, pressure gauges, and process piping complete with thermal insulation, as well as grounding and power supply systems.
Degasser skid D-1 at the facility "Development of Section 3A of the Achimov deposits of the Urengoy oil and gas condensate field. Gas pre-treatment unit (Phase 1)" for GAZPROMNEFT-ZAPOLYARYE LLC
The degasser skid is designed to receive and degas the water–methanol solution (VMR) from separator pads with continuous liquid removal, and also to separate residual gas condensate from the VMR.
It is located on an open frame base.
The degasser skid includes: a degasser, a gas flow sensor, a Coriolis mass flow meter, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, bimetallic thermometers, pressure gauges, a level gauge, level indicators, level sensors, shut-off and control valves, piping complete with thermal insulation and electric heating, grounding and power supply systems, and the lower (field) level of the automation system.
