Installation supervision

Our company supervises the quality of preparation and execution of construction, installation and commissioning work in accordance with the requirements of design, engineering, accompanying and current regulatory and technical documentation, as well as the Customer's local regulatory documents in force at the work site.

Commissioning

Installation supervision includes:

Participation in the visual inspection and completeness check of the supplied equipment and materials when the equipment is handed over from the Customer to the construction and installation organisation for installation;
Monitoring the quality of the construction and installation work performed;
Participation in working commissions to identify defects, causes of faults and non-compliance of the supplied equipment with quality requirements;
Monitoring the rectification of installation and adjustment defects;
Preparation and signing of as-built documentation for the completed installation supervision work;
Provision of warranty obligations for the services rendered.

Commissioning

Our team of highly qualified specialists is able to perform commissioning of automated systems based on modern software and hardware from leading manufacturers of automation and metering system components, with high quality and within tight deadlines.

The company performs commissioning work in strict accordance with international standards and the current industrial safety rules of the Russian Federation.

Commissioning includes:

Verification of the compliance of the installed devices with design, engineering and regulatory documentation;
Acceptance of equipment for commissioning;
Preparation of the electrical part of the equipment for individual tests;
Preparation of the automation system equipment (all levels) for individual tests;
Preparation of soft starter or frequency converter equipment for individual tests;
Preparation of ventilation and air conditioning equipment for individual tests;
Preparation of fire alarm and warning systems, fire evacuation management systems and fire extinguishing systems equipment for individual tests;
Preparation of the process part of the equipment for individual tests;
Joint participation with the Customer in individual tests of the supplied equipment and materials;
Participation in the 72-hour comprehensive equipment trial run as the equipment reaches a stable process mode and the guaranteed performance figures;
Preparation and signing of as-built documentation for the completed commissioning work;
Provision of warranty obligations for the services rendered.
