1. General provisions

This Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006 and defines the purposes, procedure and protection measures for personal data that the Operator receives from website visitors.

When submitting information through the feedback forms on the website, the user consents to the processing of personal data by ticking the relevant box in the form (the form cannot be submitted without such a tick) under the terms of this Policy.

2. Personal data we process

When filling in the forms on the website (request, feedback, request for a quotation), the following data may be processed:

• phone number;
• e-mail address;
• company name;
• message content (information provided by the user at their own discretion).

Anonymised technical data (cookies, IP address, browser information) is also processed automatically when visiting the website — to ensure proper operation of the website.

5. Procedure and conditions of processing

Personal data is processed with and without the use of automation, without transfer to third parties, except as provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing and is destroyed upon achievement of the purposes or upon withdrawal of consent. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect the data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction (article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

6. Rights of the personal data subject

The user has the right to: receive information about the processing of their personal data (article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ); request clarification, blocking or destruction of data; withdraw consent to processing by sending a request to the Operator’s e-mail address.

7. Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website uses browser local storage and cookies. Essential ones keep the website working and remember your settings (selected theme, your cookie-notice choice). They are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising.

Analytics are enabled only after your consent via the «Accept all» button in the cookie notice. They are used for visit statistics and website improvement: Yandex.Metrica (YANDEX LLC), cookies _ym_uid, _ym_did, _ym_isad and technical data (IP address, browser and device details, referrer, on-site actions). Retention — up to 12 months.
