User Agreement

1. General provisions

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the масс-эксперт.рф website (the "Website") and the relationship between the Website administration (the "Administration") and the Internet user (the "User").

By using the Website (viewing pages, following links, filling in forms), the User confirms agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with the terms, they must stop using the Website.

The Administration may amend this Agreement. A new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.

2. Status of information on the Website

The materials on the Website are provided for information purposes and are intended to introduce the Administration’s activities, products and services, and to provide contact information.

The information may be changed without prior notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information on the Website does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 3. Feedback forms and personal data

When filling in forms on the Website, the User provides the information required to process the request: name, phone number, e-mail address, company name, and message content (depending on the form).

The User warrants that the information provided is accurate and that they have the right to provide it, including any third-party data.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. A form can only be submitted after the consent checkbox for personal data processing is ticked.

4. Intellectual property

Website materials (texts, images, graphics, logos, design, interface elements, software code) are protected under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Use of the Website materials is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Administration, unless otherwise provided by law.

5. Limitation of liability

The Administration takes reasonable measures to ensure the correct operation of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.

The Administration is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Website, actions of third parties, communication failures or technical faults.

The Website may contain links to third-party resources; the Administration is not responsible for their content or operation.
