A set of certified welding stations, a modern machine tool fleet, a certified hydraulic pressure-test bench, painting and sandblasting booths and a number of crane beams make it possible to manufacture several process skids of any complexity at the same time.
Convenient access for oversized vehicles, together with in-plant rail tracks, ensures both fast acceptance of components and materials and shipment of fully completed process skids. Enclosed warehouses allow storing inventory items in accordance with the required storage conditions.
Automation-Metrology-EXPERT LLC has a production facility for the full scope of work on the assembly of control cabinets. Assembly is performed both to the Customer's designs and to in-house designs developed in accordance with the technical specification.
