The automated process control systems (APCS) division is one of the core business lines of Automation-Metrology-EXPERT LLC. We maintain the highest quality standards and use state-of-the-art equipment from leading international and Russian vendors in our projects. The experience we have accumulated enables us to offer the Customer the best solution in terms of price, quality and compliance with the required technical specifications.
Today, the APCS division comprises two departments with a total of more than 20 specialists: the design documentation and commissioning departments and the production department. The well-established structure and the high qualification level of our specialists allow us to execute projects of any complexity, from setting the task to putting the facility into commercial operation and providing technical support.
The manufacture and testing of APCS equipment is carried out at our own production facility located at the Urshak Station site, Ufa District. The production capacity allows the assembly and factory testing of up to 50 control cabinets at a time. Well-established engineering documentation (ED) handover processes allow simultaneous development of ED and assembly of control cabinets with consistently high quality and minimum lead times.
