Mobile metering units (hereinafter referred to as "the units"), based on the Roxar MPFM 2600 or Pietro Fiorentine multiphase flow meter, are intended to measure the current flow rate and mass of crude oil, water-free crude oil, water volume fraction, current gas flow rate in volumetric and mass units, and gas volume in multiphase flows of oil well production without preliminary separation of the measured medium, as well as to display and store the measurement results.
Conditioning
Conditioning technology
The purpose of gas conditioning is to remove mechanical impurities, liquid droplets and, in some cases, corrosive components (hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, mercaptans, etc.) from the gas. The gas conditioning technology is selected depending on thermobaric and flow parameters, as well as the component composition and contamination of the source gas.
Liquid droplet separation and reduction of the gas dew point are carried out by separation, low-temperature condensation and rectification, adsorption and absorption dehydration, etc.
The pressure is changed by reduction (throttling) or compression.
If required, the gas conditioning unit equipment is provided with all life support systems (heating, ventilation, lighting, gas detection, security and fire alarm, fire extinguishing, lightning protection and grounding systems, etc.) necessary for normal and safe operation of the unit
Systems
Auxiliary systems
The gas conditioning unit is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow and level measurement systems, moisture analyzers, process chromatographs and other equipment capable of providing control and monitoring of the process in a fully automatic mode. The automatic (automated) control system of the unit is built on programmable logic controllers from leading global manufacturers such as Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, Yokogawa, ABB and others, in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
